Under his leadership, Canada Goose has become a consumer facing brand, while upholding its renowned functionality and authenticity, developing international markets and building a world-class team of senior business leaders. Dani is a staunch champion for Canadian manufacturing and has been recognized for bringing more of Canada to the world. A global leader within the retail industry for over 20 years, Dani was inducted into Canada’s Marketing Hall of Legends in 2022, Canada’s Most Admired CEO in 2020, awarded Global Visionary of the Year by The Globe & Mail’s Report on Business in 2019, appointed to the Order of Ontario in 2019 and the Order of Canada in 2016, was named Canada’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2011 by Ernst & Young, and was a recipient of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 award in 2008. He currently serves on the Board of Mount Sinai Hospital, as well as the Advisory Board for Students on Ice and has previously served as Chairman for Polar Bears International (PBI).

Beth brings a track record as a data-driven leader and results-oriented builder to her role as President of Finance, Strategy, Administration and Operations. She’s responsible for ensuring the critical functions of operations, finance, human resources, legal, strategy and corporate development support and drive the business, while also providing strategic and operational counsel to the executive team. Before Canada Goose, Beth was the Chief Financial Officer at Jobcase, a social platform for hourly and front-line workers. She previously spent a decade at Bain Capital Private Equity, partnering with many high-growth consumer investments including Burlington Stores, Bob’s Discount Furniture and notably, Canada Goose. She worked with Canada Goose from 2015 to 2019 – a pivotal time in its growth – and helped lead its IPO. Beth holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSE from Princeton University. She and her husband are parents of two spirited daughters and active philanthropists. Beth serves on the board of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and in her free time can be found sculling on the Charles River.

Neil Bowden is the Chief Financial Officer at Canada Goose and has been with the company since 2016. Prior to becoming CFO, Neil was Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Financial Officer.

As a prominent driver of change throughout the organization and active business partner, Neil was an integral part of the company’s IPO and led the transformation of the Finance department from a private to public company. Prior to Canada Goose, his career at KPMG spanned more than a decade in both Toronto and Chicago, where he audited public companies in the Consumer Markets practice. Neil recently completed 8 years as a member of the Board of Directors of the Daily Bread Food Bank, contributing to the fight against poverty and hunger in Toronto. Neil is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University. At home, he is a father of two, avid supporter of the Liverpool Football Club, Maple Leafs, and Blue Jays, and when time permits, can be found on the golf course.

Recognized as a dynamic and collaborative leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, Carrie is responsible for Canada Goose’s global commercial business, driving the company’s growth and customer engagement. She oversees the Regional Business units, Marketing & Experience, Public Affairs & Communications, Merchandising & Pricing, and Corporate Citizenship. In her previous role as President, North America, she established a high-performance team and led the region’s significant business acceleration. Carrie has also served as Chief of Staff and Chief Communications Officer, helping lead the company through critical initiatives including its successful IPO and development of its industry-leading Sustainable Impact Strategy. Prior to joining Canada Goose in 2012, she was a Senior Vice President at a North American communications agency specializing in coaching executives and building the brands of some of North America’s largest retail, technology and consumer goods companies. Carrie was named WXN Top 100 Most Powerful Women Canada in 2019 and serves on the Board of Directors of Trillium Health Partners Foundation.

With almost two decades of experience in luxury apparel, accessories and footwear, Ana brings her strong track record of driving commercial performance, unique perspective and strategic vision to her dual role as President, North America & Head of Global Stores. Ana joined Canada Goose in 2015 and has held roles at the company that include EVP, Sales Operations & Planning and Chief Commercial Officer. With a passion for building dynamic teams and driving exceptional results, she built the sales operations and planning team from the ground up. Ana has played a pivotal role in establishing Canada Goose’s insights, sales operations and planning functions as the company accelerated its direct-to-consumer business and evolved from a manufacturer into a leading global retailer. Prior to joining Canada Goose, Ana served as the Director of Business Planning at Marc Jacobs International (a brand in the LVMH portfolio), and also held positions with Jones Apparel Group, and Ralph Lauren. Ana received a Bachelor of Commerce Honours from Queen’s University. When she’s not in the office, Ana enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter at home or travelling the world.

A career retailer with an extensive luxury, fashion and direct-to-consumer background, Jonathan brings more than 30 years of global financial and operational experience to his role, most recently serving as Canada Goose’s Chief Financial Officer prior to becoming President of Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Canada Goose, he most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Operations at Jimmy Choo, where he was instrumental in its initial public offering and strategic review process, which ultimately led to its sale to Michael Kors Holdings Limited. Jonathan has also served as Chief Operating Officer at Jimmy Choo and Vertu, prior to which he held a number of financial leadership roles at Pentland Brands plc and The Boots Company PLC. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and French at Loughborough University of Technology. Outside of the office, Jonathan is a keen arts follower and fitness enthusiast who also enjoys fine wines and culinary experiences.

Juliette Streichenberger joined Canada Goose in 2023 with almost 30 years of global luxury experience, having led teams at Hermès, Prada and LVMH. She’s held senior leadership roles across the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland and Europe, and most recently, served as the Managing Director for Hermès Europe. Juliette is known for her empowering leadership, achievements in commercial expansion and driving remarkable growth for globally renowned organizations. She is responsible for all our operations in EMEA, bringing the brand’s vision and values to life across the region. Juliette has a Master’s Degree in Economics & Finance from SciencesPo and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History from Paris Nanterre University.

Jess is a veteran in the area of human experience, having honed her expertise through a variety of industries throughout the past 20+ years from renewable energy and engineering to manufacturing and technology. Jess joined Canada Goose in 2022 as Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for driving the company’s human resources strategy across its corporate, manufacturing and retail teams. She oversees all global teams within HR, including talent acquisition, employee experience, training and global policy. Jess was most recently Chief People Officer at Tucows, an Internet services and telecommunications company. Previous to Tucows, she held related positions with Capgemini, Brookfield Renewable Energy Group, Johnson Controls and Business Development Bank of Canada. Jess is motivated by out-of-the-box strategies that create engaging and impactful workplace experiences. Her strength is creating, setting and leading the trends, rather than following them. Jess holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Degree from the Asper School of Business from the University of Manitoba, with a double major in Human Resources and Marketing. Outside of work, she can be found at the movie theatre, working out or enjoying a meal with friends.

Matt Blonder is a seasoned retail executive with over 20 years of experience in holistic business management and has held senior global executive positions in e-commerce, digital experience, marketing, merchandising, social and omnichannel. As EVP, Chief Digital Officer, Matt is responsible for the strategy, implementation and adoption of all consumer-facing digital platforms and digital commerce. He drives Canada Goose’s digital innovation and oversees the teams responsible for the brand’s digital roadmap, as well as its IT and insights departments. Matt has a unique ability to marry the needs of the business, the psychology of the customer, and the strengths of the team, consistently delivering results in strong top and bottom-line performance. Prior to joining Canada Goose in 2023, Matt was President of Global E-Commerce at Wolverine Worldwide and has previously held senior positions at Reebok, Barnes & Noble, Inc. and Toys “R” Us. Matt holds a BA in Psychology, with secondary areas of emphasis in Business and Anthropology, from Washington University in St. Louis. He has a lifelong love for sailing, has been practicing yoga for 15 years and is an avid traveler.

With more than a decade of experience, David Forrest joined the company in 2014 and currently serves as General Counsel. David advises management on all strategic projects while running a team that oversees all of the company’s legal needs. Previously, he served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Thomas Cook North America, and prior to that practiced law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where he specialized in corporate, commercial and securities law. David holds a Bachelor of Laws (with distinction) from Western University and a Honours Bachelor of Arts, Applied Economics from Queen’s University. When not in the office David can usually be found seeking the next adventure, often with skis on.

Daniel Binder brings nearly 40 years of global retail expertise to his role at Canada Goose as Chief Transformation Officer and EVP, Sales Operations & Planning. Dan thrives on delivering meaningful operational change, connecting the goals to the outcomes and is known for his intense focus on business process, performance improvement and organizational design. He leads the company’s strategic transformation objectives, overseeing the development and execution of our global evolution, as well as the Sales Operations & Planning team and processes. Previously, he was at DFS, a division of LVMH, and Macy’s, holding various executive and leadership positions across merchandising, planning, digital transformation and supply chain. Dan has also led large performance improvement projects with global organizations in his role as an external consultant. Dan received a Bachelor of Science from University of Michigan. In his free time, he is very engaged in global philanthropic initiatives focused on pancreatic cancer research and support for low income gifted students.

Patrick is known as a dynamic leader and is responsible for Canada Goose’s strategic planning and new business opportunities, supporting key initiatives and priorities across the company. He joined in 2017, previously leading the Investor Relations and Strategy functions. Throughout his tenure, Patrick has supported a wide range of initiatives including the Baffin acquisition, the launch of Canada Goose footwear and the creation of the Canada Goose Japan joint venture. Before Canada Goose, he spent a decade in investment banking, advising on equity, debt and M&A transactions for corporate and private equity clients, including Canada Goose’s initial public offering. Patrick holds degrees from the Ivey School of Business at Western University and the Stockholm School of Economics.
