Dani Reiss

Dani has transformed the small outerwear manufacturer founded by his grandfather into a global performance luxury lifestyle brand. He has played a central role transitioning the business into a consumer facing brand, developing international markets and building a world-class team of senior business leaders. Dani has also been a staunch champion for Made in Canada manufacturing, and he has been recognized for his unwavering passion for authenticity and bringing more of Canada to the world. Dani was recognized as Canada’s Most Admired CEO in 2020, awarded Global Visionary of the Year by The Globe & Mail’s Report on Business in 2019, appointed to the Order of Ontario in 2019 and the Order of Canada in 2016, was named Canada’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2011 by Ernst & Young, and was a recipient of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 award in 2008. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Polar Bears International, and on the Board of Casper and Mount Sinai Hospital, as well as the Advisory Board for Students on Ice.

Jonathan Sinclair

Jonathan Sinclair
A career retailer with an extensive luxury, fashion and direct-to-consumer background, Jonathan brings more than 20 years of global financial and operational experience to his role. Prior to joining Canada Goose, he most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Operations at Jimmy Choo, where he was instrumental in its initial public offering and strategic review process, which ultimately led to its sale to Michael Kors Holdings Limited. Jonathan has also served as Chief Operating Officer at Jimmy Choo and Vertu, prior to which he held a number of financial leadership roles at Pentland Brands plc and The Boots Company PLC. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and French at Loughborough University of Technology. Outside of the office, Jonathan is a keen arts follower and fitness enthusiast who also enjoys fine wines and culinary experiences.
Carrie Baker

Carrie Baker

Recognized as a dynamic and collaborative leader, Carrie oversees the global commercial business, as well as Marketing, Experience, and Insights. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, she is responsible for driving the company’s growth and customer engagement. In her previous role as President, North America, she established a high-performance team and led the region’s significant business acceleration. Carrie previously held the roles of Chief of Staff and Chief Communications Officer, helping lead the company through critical initiatives including its successful IPO and development of its industry-leading Sustainable Impact Strategy. Prior to joining Canada Goose in 2012, she was a Senior Vice President at a North American communications agency specializing in coaching executives and building the brands of some of North America’s largest retail, technology and consumer goods companies. Carrie was named WXN Top 100 Most Powerful Women Canada in 2019 and serves on the Board of Directors of Trillium Health Partners Foundation.

Penny Brook

Penny Brook
Bringing 20 years of expertise in global marketing to her role as Chief Marketing Officer, Penny is known for her ability to marry creative intuition with a commercial focus to drive brands forward. Having joined Canada Goose in 2014, Penny most recently served as GM and Vice President of International Marketing where she successfully built and empowered a high performance team. Working across a wide range of industries including luxury, fashion, consumer electronics and FMCG, Penny successfully developed 360 degree campaigns that delivered compelling brand and business results. Previously, she served in progressively senior marketing roles at companies including Mulberry, Clarks and Philips Electronics. Penny received a Bachelor of Arts from Kingston University in London. Outside of work, Penny loves taking Swiss road trips in the campervan with her family.
John Moran

For more than 25 years, John has held senior leadership roles in manufacturing, operations and sales at some of North America’s most respected apparel companies. Throughout his career, John has demonstrated an ability to help apparel makers increase productivity, improve product quality, and maximize profits. Prior to joining Canada Goose, he served as Vice President of Operations and later as Chief Operating Officer of Robert Talbott Inc., a renowned producer of luxury clothing, where his responsibilities ranged from strategic planning and business development to sales, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution and finance. John also spent nearly 20 years at Gitman Brothers Shirt Company, a division of the Individualized Apparel Group, where he held a series of increasingly senior roles before serving as Chief Operating Officer. When he’s not in the office, a father of three boys, John actively participates in youth sports organizations, and enjoys golf and travel.
Ana Mihaljevic
President, North America & EVP, Sales Operations and Planning

With almost two decades of experience in luxury apparel, accessories and footwear, Ana brings her strong track record of driving commercial performance, unique perspective and strategic vision to her dual role as President, North America & EVP, Sales Operations and Planning. Ana joined Canada Goose in 2015 and most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer and prior to that, Senior Vice President, Planning and Sales Operations. With a passion for building dynamic teams and driving exceptional results, she built the planning team from the ground up. Ana has played a pivotal role in establishing Canada Goose’s insights, sales operations and planning functions as the company accelerated its direct-to-consumer business and evolved from a manufacturer into a leading global retailer. Prior to joining Canada Goose, Ana served as the Director of Business Planning at Marc Jacobs International (a brand in the LVMH portfolio), and also held positions with Jones Apparel Group, and Ralph Lauren. Ana received a Bachelor of Commerce Honours from Queen’s University. When she’s not in the office, Ana enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter at home or travelling the world.

Woody Blackford

An inventor at heart, Woody has deep expertise in design leadership, product development, and technical innovation. With a background spanning apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories, he is passionate about driving the commercialization of new products and categories. Previously, Woody was at the Columbia Sportswear Company for 14 years, most recently serving as Vice President of Global Design & Innovation. He has also held a number of roles in product and sales at Sierra Designs. Woody received a Joint Major in Business and Economics from St. Francis Xavier University. In his spare time, he enjoys the outdoors and ocean exploration.
Jess Johannson

Jess is a veteran in the area of human experience, having honed her expertise through a variety of industries throughout the past 20+ years from renewable energy and engineering to manufacturing and technology. Jess joined Canada Goose in 2022 as Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for driving the company’s human resources strategy across its corporate, manufacturing and retail teams. She oversees all global teams within HR, including talent acquisition, employee experience, training and global policy. Jess was most recently Chief People Officer at Tucows, an Internet services and telecommunications company. Previous to Tucows, she held related positions with Capgemini, Brookfield Renewable Energy Group, Johnson Controls and Business Development Bank of Canada. Jess is motivated by out-of-the-box strategies that create engaging and impactful workplace experiences. Her strength is creating, setting and leading the trends, rather than following them. Jess holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) Degree from the Asper School of Business from the University of Manitoba, with a double major in Human Resources and Marketing. Outside of work, she can be found at the movie theatre, working out or enjoying a meal with friends.

Pat Sherlock
President, Europe, the Middle East and Africa
Pat Sherlock
Pat is a charismatic leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth in the fashion, sporting goods, and packaged goods industries. He joined Canada Goose in 2012 and was most recently Senior Vice President of Global Wholesale before taking on his current role, where he is responsible for operations in EMEA. Pat has been integral in the transformation of the sales organization and continues to lead our growth across multiple regions and channels with an emphasis on expanding our e-Commerce and store presence around the world. Previously, Pat served as the National Sales Manager of New Balance Canada Inc., where he led his organization to record growth in fashion and lifestyle footwear space, and spent more than a decade at InBev (Labatt) in multiple sales leadership roles. Pat received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from University of Winnipeg. Outside of work, Pat is a nationally certified basketball coach who enjoys coaching his daughter’s basketball team, cycling and spending time with his family.
Paul Cadman

Paul joined Canada Goose in 2021 with more than 30 years of strategic luxury goods experience, having held leadership positions with several leading global luxury brands, driving success and quality growth across the globe. Paul leads our Asia-Pacific business and is responsible for all commercial, financial and marketing activity within the division, which includes Greater China, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. Prior to Canada Goose, Paul held a long-standing role as the Regional APAC CEO at Salvatore Ferragamo, where he led the brand in the APAC region through its expansion and key business achievements. He also founded PMC Global Hong Kong Ltd., a strategic management and business consultancy focused on the luxury goods industry. In his free time, Paul enjoys travelling and skiing, and is a collector of modern contemporary art. He also supports several charitable causes in Hong Kong.
David Forrest

David Forrest
With more than a decade of experience, David Forrest joined the company in 2014 and currently serves as General Counsel. David advises management on all strategic projects while running a team that oversees all of the company’s legal needs. Previously, he served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Thomas Cook North America, and prior to that practiced law at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where he specialized in corporate, commercial and securities law. David holds a Bachelor of Laws (with distinction) from Western University and a Honours Bachelor of Arts, Applied Economics from Queen’s University. When not in the office David can usually be found seeking the next adventure, often with skis on.
