Jennifer Davis is a partner in Bain Capital’s North American Private Equity team, where she helps lead the firm’s investments in the consumer and retail sectors. Prior to joining Bain Capital in 2022, she spent 19 years at Goldman Sachs and was a partner in Consumer/Retail Investment Banking where she served as Head of Retail Investment Banking and Head of Consumer/Retail Client Coverage. Ms. Davis is a member of the Board of Directors of Bob’s Discount Furniture and The Opportunity Network, an education-focused non-profit focused on increasing opportunity and access for potential students from historically underrepresented communities, and is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Cornell University. Jennifer holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS from Cornell University.
